Massey Ferguson 135 sells for £25,000

At least 1,300 lots made up the Tractor World Spring sale on Saturday 21 May, held in warm weather at the Three Counties Showground. This auction usually takes place in the depths of winter, with numerous layers of clothing, but it was certainly not necessary in late May.

There were some good lots entered in this sale, particularly in the first half when an original, locally-supplied and used 1966 Ford 3000 went on to sell for £7,600. A new record was set for a well-restored Ford-Ferguson 9N,
