With just eight ingredients, this will be your go to gluten-free crowd-pleaser.

SERVES 8-10 PREP 33 mins COOK 12 mins, plus chilling

FOR THE BISCUIT BASE

✱ 350g gluten-free digestive biscuits
✱ 165g unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE CARAMEL

✱ 397g can sweetened condensed milk
✱ 90g light brown sugar
✱ 90g unsalted butter

FOR THE TOPPER

✱ 3-4 very ripe bananas, thickly sliced
✱ 300ml double cream
✱ 3tbsp icing sugar, sifted
✱ Milk chocolate, grated, to finish

YOU WILL NEED

✱ Loose-bottomed 23cm tart tin, bottom lined

In a food processor, whizz the biscuits to a crumb-like texture. Add to a large bowl then pour in the melted butter. Mix until well combined. Spoon the mix into the base and up the sides of the tin using the back
