Babies need to learn good sleep habits, and it takes patience and consistency on your part to get them into a routine. You may find your baby sleeps much better – or worse – than someone else's. Babies are individuals with different personalities and needs. So the more you learn about sleep the better prepared you'll be.

Remember not to listen to everyone's advice. What our mothers and grandmothers did to get us to sleep may be quite different from what experts recommend today. However, do consult with a parenting expert or medical professional to get the best possible advice.
