‘Getting outdoors peps me up’

I’ve always experienced a degree of low-grade anxiety and, like a lot of people, I find it ramps up in winter, when I’m exposed to less natural daylight. But discovering the 1,000 Hours Outside movement, 14 months ago, woke me up to the fact that natural daylight is essential for our mental wellbeing all year round.
