Broccoli fritters

Here, broccoli and a few everyday ingredients are transformed into moreish fritters. Quick and simple to prepare, they especially appeal to kids who often refuse to eat their greens! And adults will love them, too. Serve straight away,while still warm, along with a crunchy mixed salad.

1 broccoli head, broken into florets (or 275g broccoli florets)

100g plain flour, sifted

2 medium free-range eggs

80ml milk

1 tsp sea salt
