Melinda Geertz Hall of Fame

“And over my 20 years of leadership, I worked with the most amazing village of Burnetters.”

Melinda Geertz, with an almost four decade career with the one agency, Leo Burnett, was inducted in the Advertising Hall of Fame at the AdNews Agency of the Year Awards Long Lunch at the SCG, Sydney.

“This is recognition that I would never, in my wildest dreams, have imagined,” she told the 450 industry representatives on February 22, 2024.

She started her career in 1983 at Leo Burnett in Chicago, entering a management training program after graduating from Northwestern University. She stepped down as CEO of Leo Burnett Australia in 2021.
