You know, Mario and Donkey Kong were never really friends. They started off really disliking each other and fighting all the time. One of their greatest battles happened 20-years ago in the game Mario vs Donkey Kong. The big ape had stolen all the moustachioed plumber’s mini-Mario toys, and he had to get them back. The gameplay differed from Mario’s classic platformers by being much more puzzle focused. It’s still a 2D platformer, but you need to solve each of the level’s puzzles, working out how to safely navigate your way to the toy, and then collecting it before Donkey Kong can escape. As
