RASPBERRY RIPPLE MERINGUE KISSES

Makes 20 Takes 50-55 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 2 large egg whites
• 150g/5oz golden caster sugar
• Pink food-colouring gel
• Yellow food-colouring gel

For the filling

• 150ml/¼pt double cream
• 50ml/2fl oz Eden Mill Love Gin
• 2 tbsp icing sugar
• 60g/2½oz fresh raspberries
