What is Scexit? Scottish independence prospect revived by new report

A 55-page report setting the scene for "culture in an independent Scotland" has prompted revived talks about the prospect of 'Scexit'.

In the report, crafted by Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf's civil servants, an independent Scotland would benefit from increased cultural access to European neighbours.

This would include their own Eurovision entry and a new broadcasting model reflecting the interests of Scottish audiences.
