udging from the content on the Internet chat forums I am able to post on, the discussions of cleaning, grading, and qualifying designations such as Full Bell Lines (FBL) will never go away. I’ve written about all these subjects in the past. It is still my not-so-humble opinion that some very influential folks have made coin grading so complicated that only “they” can do it.
