I am a food/travel writer and culinary trends consultant, as well as olive’s monthly trends columnist. I live alone in a small studio flat in Hackney, east London, a few minutes from both Broadway Market and Columbia Road, which are wonderful hot spots for gourmet delis, artisan bakeries and craft coffee.

My studio is my own little sanctuary. It’s the place I develop all my recipes, where I do a lot of writing, where I entertain, and also where I chill out
