EARLY-DECEMBER saw a flurry of shunter movements take place in Cornwall, these being centred on the Bodmin & Wenford Railway and linked to the transfer of the newly preserved CDA clay hoppers to the line from St Blazey.
Of the five relocations undertaken, the most notable was the departure of Sentinel No. 10150, otherwise known as No. P406D, from the Imerys works at Rocks, or Goonbarrow, in railway parlance.
