YOU WILL NEED
8 pork sausages, casings removed2tbsp olive oil1 onion, finely chopped3 garlic cloves, finely chopped1tbsp tomato purée400g tin chopped tomatoes300ml beef stock (made from a cube)10 dried lasagne sheets Handful fresh basil, finely chopped125g ball mozzarella
