Add Netflix by buying an Android TV box

After reading about Hilary Foster’s problem in Issue 671’s Consumeractive (‘Netflix has stopped supporting my TV – what are my rights?’), I propose a cheap solution. She can buy an Android TV box for about £20-£30 on eBay or Amazon, and plug it into her old TV – assuming it has an HDMI port. It will give her TV access to the Google Play Store, from where she can download Netflix (www.snipca.com/48516).

I speak from experience, having bought the T95 Android box on eBay (pictured below left). It has 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, and plenty of ports: Ethernet, HDMI, USB, and SD card slot. I spotted it on sale on eBay recently for £26 (www.snipca.com/48517).
