Individual desserts of sweet joy, made lighter on fat by whisking eggs and sugar with buttermilk.

✱ 2 medium eggs✱ 80g caster sugar✱ 80g soft light brown sugar✱ 200g buttermilk✱ Zest and juice ½ orange✱ Zest ½ lime✱ ½tsp allspice✱ 200g self-raising flour✱ 1tbsp agave syrup or honey✱ 4tbsp bitter✱ Low-fat custard, to serve
