aking vinegar is a fun, thrifty way of transforming left over wine and other alcoholic drinks into a delicious, useful condiment. Mix those odds and ends of wine left in bottles at the end of a party together (I prefer to keep red and white separate), add the mother and a few months later, enjoy your fragrant homemade vinegar.
