I have restored many old and butchered bikes but nothing like the massive challenge of your correspondent with the Canal rescued Beezer, well done that man.

Regarding Frank's pieceproduced only smoke with little retardation effect. A welldocumented trait on the Comet was its tendency to toss light riders off because of violent tank slappers. Heavier riders and the twins did not suffer with this.
