MOVE TO ST ANDREWS

St Andrews, the home of golf… St Andrews, home to the oldest university in Scotland. For more than six centuries, the links that intertwine golf and academia have shone a light on this beautiful town on Scotland’s east coast.

It is more than 20 years since ‘Wills and Kate’ were at university together, yet their alma mater (st-andrews.ac.uk/) and its home town have benefited hugely from royal association – especially on an international stage. Approaching half of the university’s students and staff come from outside the UK.

The royal couple’s time in St Andrews was described by some as a fairytale. If that is so, then the resulting two decades of media spotlight have been magical fairy dust
