Spiced & soupy seafood rice

I absolutely love seafood recipes. Seafood feels like a summer thing, a little burst of sunshine to brighten the season’s table. And yes – don’t even give it two minutes’ thought – serve some crusty bread on the side. It may not be needed, but I feel my whole being benefits from the frequent enjoyment of double carbs, and yours might, too!
