GREETINGS! My name is Alexandria Bowler, and I’m the lead bartender at Emeril’s in New Orleans. I grew up in the Phoenix, Arizona, area, where I attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of Scottsdale and honed my skills at several esteemed restaurants.
