Q I am a yo-yo dieter. I put on weight and then lose it by following the latest fad diet. But after a few months it’s back on again. I feel so much better when I am slimmer but don’t seem to be able to stay at the lower weight. I’m sick of dieting and would like to find a way to not have to keep doing it. Kath, Preston
