Jez wanted to see if it was possible to have a veg garden at his military quarters. He has found it a great experience and has helped him wind down from his stressful job. And not content with just finding peace on his own plot, he now passes this on by volunteering at a veg garden run to help military personnel recover from injury and sickness.
