The 148kW 2.2-litre turbodiesel/eight-speed automatic/all-wheel drive Wagon, tested here, is $49,550. Active is $53,750, Elite is $60,000 and Highlander is $66,550.

Santa Fe Hybrid, with a 1.6-litre turbopetrol/44.2kW electric motor all-wheel drivetrain, is priced at $63,000 for the seven-seater Elite and $69,550 in six or seven seater Highlander specification.
