Best-Ever Bundts

SPICED RUM-PECAN POUND CAKE

Try using a variety of citrus, such as grapefruit, blood orange, and satsuma, in the ambrosia for a zestier finish.

Makes 1 (15-cup) Bundt cake

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
3 cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¾ cup whole milk
¼ cup spiced rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Spiked Ambrosia (recipe follows), to serve
Sweetened whipped cream, to serve

1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a (15-cup) Bundt pan with baking spray with flour.
