Down to zero

Dunedin City Council has passed the Zero Carbon Plan to achieve zero emission of greenhouse gases (except biogenic methane) within seven years; twenty years ahead of the national target. They also have the Good Food Dunedin initiative to transform Dunedin into a sustainable food city. Good on you, Dunedin.
