Whatever it takes

Growing up, I was always the chubby kid.

My parents divorced when I was 7 and I felt isolated and lonely.

Food was really the only thing that made me feel good.

Food was emotional support for me.

It was like my friend.

But it was instant regret afterwards.

I would binge. I would eat spoonfuls of peanut butter out of the jar - spoonfuls and spoonfuls of peanut butter.

I used to order entire big boxes from Pizza Hut, which had two pizzas and the breadsticks and the dessert sticks. cholesterol, heart disease.
