I started riding comparatively late, at about seven years old, but I grew up with horses; they’re in my blood I expect. I trained as a British Horse Society coach and used that as an inroad to the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA). I’m a coach as well as the regional chair and have volunteered for the RDA for 26 years.
