Buttery butter bean stew with kimchi and sausages
The sourness and fire of the kimchi is softened by the butter and the pleasing blandness of the beans.

✱ 2 pork sausages (about 130g)
✱ 20g butter
✱ 80g kimchi
✱ ½ x 400g tin of butter beans, drained and the liquid reserved
✱ Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Fry the sausages in a small frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Turn often, for
