I was delighted to attend the 42nd Internationaal Historisch Festival on 29-30 July, at Panningen in The Netherlands, not far from the German border, writes Peter Love. This is the largest tractor show in Europe, and it was a pleasure to return to it, following a hiatus due to Covid-19.
