Is the four-day work week possible for FMs?

Adam Vince: OK, so my view won’t be for everyone. It’s not a cookie-cutter approach that will suit every facility. But, from my experiences managing facilities, a four-day week can definitely work – and it comes down to productivity.

Let’s face it, working at a high standard five days per week is tiring. It can lead to anxiety, burnout and affect your relationships. Trust me, I’ve experienced all the above.
