Maple & macadamia nut cheesecake
Delight your senses with this decadent no-bake dish
SERVES 8 Grease and line base and sides of 25cm springform pan. Place 3 cups crushed digestive biscuits, ¼ cup roasted macadamia nuts, 4 tbsp maple sugar and pinch of salt in food processor. Process 1 min until fine crumbs form. Place mixture into large bowl. Add 1 cup melted unsalted butter. Combine. Pour for complete recipe.
