6 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone removed
8 pitta breads
For the marinade:
100g Greek-style yogurt
Juice and zest ½ lemon
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp each smoked paprika, ground cumin and dried oregano
½tsp cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
For the tzatziki:
