6 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone removed
8 pitta breads

For the marinade:

100g Greek-style yogurt
Juice and zest ½ lemon
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp each smoked paprika, ground cumin and dried oregano
½tsp cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed

For the tzatziki:

250g Greek-style yogurt1 garlic clove, crushed6 sprigs mint, leaves picked and chopped1tbsp olive oil½tsp saltJuice of ½ lemon½ cucumber, grated, juice squeezed out
