Illuminating Buildings

If you don't have time to fit lights during construction, you should at least consider making provision to fit them at a later stage. Some ready-to-plant buildings are very accessible and make the job easy. One such range are the Skaledale models from Hornby. This article shows how to fit lights to these models, although the general concepts apply to fitting lights anywhere.

I chose to divide one building up into separately lit sections and the other lit with a single bulb to compare the results against the work involved.
