BONFIRE NIGHT IN MINECRAFT

Bonfire night is coming up, and that means it’s the right time of the year for fireworks! Of course, while you’re probably too young to buy fireworks yourself, you can at least enjoy the autumn celebrations in Minecraft thanks to the huge selection of fireworks you can craft in the game! Ever wanted to set up your own fireworks display? Read on!

CRAFTING A ROCKET

Minecraft’s fireworks combine two parts: a rocket and a firework star, which you craft separately.

Firework rockets are crafted in groups of three and you can add anywhere between zero and seven firework stars to each group of rockets. When placed (either by a player or a dispenser), a firework will shoot up into the air and explode after a few seconds, with the length of time and the resulting effect determined by how it was crafted.
