Espresso martini
When pudding meets cocktail, and we didn’t skimp on the booze!

✱ 2tbsp soft light brown sugar✱ 2tbsp plain flour✱ 1tbsp cocoa powder✱ ¼tsp baking powder✱ 1 medium egg✱ 2tbsp sunflower oil✱ 1tbsp espresso or double-strength coffee, cooled✱ 1tbsp coffee-flavoured liqueur (we used Kahlúa)✱ 1tbsp vodka✱ Mascarpone, to serve
