Madiba’s personal chef serves a healthy dose of nostalgia in ‘Made with Love’

There was an unmistakable warmth when chatting with Xoliswa Ndoyiya about her second cookbook, Made With Love, which is a collection of 50 unique recipes from her 22 years as the private chef to Nelson Mandela.

Her passion for cooking was obvious as she shared anecdotes of their interactions through food.

The book follows her 2011 release of Ukutya Kwasekhaya: Tastes from Nelson Mandela's Kitchen.

Ndoyiya explained that releasing a cookbook was a dream she had harboured for most of her career.
