You South Africa

WINNING LETTER

THOSE of you who read YOU regularly will by now know I’m not a natural when it comes to exercise. My husband has managed to get a great routine going and is at it at least four days a week.

Although I’m always impressed with his efforts I can’t seem to get to the point where I’m even maintaining yoga sessions twice a week. It’s mostly because I never seem to have time and maybe a bit because winter really doesn’t seem to want to let go.

If you’re like me you might be interested in our advice on page 56. It’s all about seven-minute workouts and getting in some bite-size exercise sessions instead of setting aside 45 minutes. According to the experts even such short sessions can have immense health benefits and I’m very much here for that.

I’d love to know if you give it a try and. I’m going to try it too and hopefully it will help me to build up to a regular habit. Happy moving!
