Raspberry jam tart

This simple tart is made extra special with homemade jam, but you could use a shop-bought one.

SERVES 8 PREP 25 mins COOK 25 mins

✱ 500g block shortcrust pastry
✱ 250g peach and raspberry jam (see recipe, right)
✱ 170g raspberries
✱ Milk or beaten egg, to glaze
