Leek, asparagus and pea spirals
This quick, and healthy, green pasta will be ready in just 15 mins!

● 150g pasta spirals
● 1 small leek, trimmed and sliced
● 6 asparagus spears, cut into chunks
● 60g frozen peas
● 100g shredded spring greens
● 2tbsp basil pesto
● Grated Parmesan, to serve
Cook the pasta inasparagus, peas and spring greens and cook for a further 2 mins, until the pasta and vegetables are just tender. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.
