Collaborative action mooted as the answer to restoring the country

Farming and hope are intrinsically synonymous, said Deidre Carter, chief executive officer of Agri Limpopo in her address at the Agri Limpopo Congress, held recently at Modimolle.

“After all, crops are sown in the expectation of a good harvest. Positivity is part of the farmer's DNA.“

She pointed out that bad, reckless, and irrational governance and policy choices had many consequences, with the primary one being a lack of business confidence across the economy, specifically in the agriculture industry.
