Mint condition

We’re always looking for new ways to shake uphints of mint, basil, cinnamon and clove, makes it a fabulously refreshing and sophisticated addition to an evening tipple. When we touched back down in London, we set about recreating our own, shaking up some muddled leaves with some shōchū (instead of rum), lime juice, sugar and ice, before straining it into one of LSA International’s weightily elegant ‘Boris’ cocktail glasses and garnishing it with shiso leaves.
