HONEY SOY SALMON

Takes 18-20 minutes, plus marinating

INGREDIENTS
• 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 3 tbsp runny honey
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 4cm/1½in piece fresh ginger, finely chopped or grated (no need to peel)
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 4 skinless salmon fillets
