CRESCENT LUNGE
From a standing position, step your left foot forward and your right foot back into a wide stance with your feet hip-width apart. Come onto the ball of your back foot and bend through your front knee until you’re nice and low. Keep your front knee in line with your hip. Then reach the arms up towards the ceiling and relax the shoulders down and back.
This is very grounding for the body. It promotes stability into the ankle joints as well as providing strength into the thighs and helps promote stamina in the body
