SMALL BUT STRONG!

A toastrack carriage would fit the bill perfectly. I had the body and seats of a Jouef Decauville toastrack carriage, whose chassis had been used to build a goods wagon (see Voie Libre n° 91). My model is inspired by a toastrack vehicle from the Decauville catalogue, but is not a true scale model. A 60cm gauge vehicle, it was found on many railways and tram lines (Sousse to Kairouan, Maréchaux quarry, Deauville, Biskra, etc.).
