This Greek-style bake makes a tasty change from lasagne – and it’s lower in carbs and calories!

1tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
500g lamb mince
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1tsp each cinnamon, cumin, coriander
3tbsp semi-skimmed milk
400g tin chopped tomatoes
Handful fresh oregano, chopped, or a large pinch dried oregano
