FERRARI 512M PIPS LOLA IN GLORIOUS SPORTSCAR BOUT

The Masters Sports Car Legends race, which ran towards the sunset on Saturday, was the perfect conclusion for the opening day of Silverstone Festival race action. It was Ferrari versus Lola in an enthralling 50-minute thrash, which ultimately fell to the glorious Ferrari 512M of Gary Pearson and Alex Brundle.

From the off, it was two Ferraris to the fore as David Hart headed Pearson, both in 512Ms.
