THIS MONTH IN THE GARAGE...

I can’t say for certain that my life would be any easier working on modern Japanese bikes or scooters; it would certainly be less interesting, though probably less stressful too! The garage is very busy, with lots of jobs coming in and out and the last thing I need are ‘snags’. In an ideal world it would be a steady flow of work that goes smoothly, but in the world of scooters that utopia doesn’t exist; it’s more a case of standard practice that something will go wrong. It’s a good job I can take it all in my stride and just crack on, otherwise, I’d pull all my hair out, throw my hands in the air and give up!
