1¼ cups cold unsalted butter

Muffins:

½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup whole buttermilk
1 cup diced ripe banana

Topping:

¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup slivered almonds

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 2 (6-cup) muffin pans with baking spray with flour.
