AT LAST, YOU buy a bike with Triumph on the tank that is smaller than 660cc. Triumph last had a 400 (ish – it was a 350cc) for sale in 1968, the Tiger 90. Back then, tax brackets killed the real-world engine size off for the tiny 250cc models, aiming for the younger market. Fifty-six years later (they won’t be released until January 2024), Triumph is bringing a smaller-capacity bike to the market again, the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X.
A small Triumph!
