As I work through the seasons in these articles, I want to explore responses you as artists might have to your local environment. I will look at various ways of responding to what you want to record or create through sketching, painting and working in different media. It is always good to discover new approaches, as it enables you as a painter to respond flexibly to the subjects before you. This month, I am working with line and wash and water-based oils.
